Purchase Order cancellation – Returns policy
The user may cancel the purchase order within one (1) hour of its completion (a) by sending an email to email@example.com featuring “Order Cancellation” in the subject line, mentioning the code number of the order in the body of the email or (b) by calling the site customer service Call Center: 30 216 900 0060.
The return of products or goods at the Company’s expenses shall be accepted in all cases where the purchase order was incorrectly performed by the site (error in receiving the order, in invoicing or shipping). In that case, the User shall not accept delivery of the product / goods in the first place. Products / goods shall be returned in excellent condition, sealed, full, unused and undamaged. Products shall be returned in their original packaging.
In case of any defect in any product, the User may notify the Company either by phone (+30 216 900 0060) or by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and report the product’s defect. Any return of merchandise shall be completed within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery and shall be done through the courier company cooperating with the site at the user’s expenses, based on the existing pricing policy. If the product is indeed found to be defective, the User may request either a refund (including shipping costs) or replacement of the product (also including shipping costs).
